Return & Refund Policy

⚠ Critical Notice — Read Before Purchasing Due to the nature of our research-grade peptide compounds, all sales are final upon shipment. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy in its entirety. Returns are accepted only under the expressly limited conditions defined below.

All Sales Are Final

Peptides180.com sells research-grade biochemical compounds that are temperature-sensitive, subject to strict chain-of-custody requirements, and cannot be resold or reused once received by a third party. All orders are final upon shipment. We do not accept returns on opened, used, reconstituted, or altered products under any circumstances whatsoever.

Conditions Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We will consider a refund or replacement only under the following strictly limited circumstances:

  • Damaged in Transit: Product arrives visibly damaged (broken vials, leaked packaging, compromised seals) due to carrier mishandling.
  • Wrong Item Shipped: You received an item materially different from what you ordered — wrong compound, wrong quantity, or wrong concentration.
  • Verifiable Product Defect: The product is demonstrably defective as confirmed by our quality assurance team upon review.
  • Non-Delivery: Your order has not arrived within 14 business days of the confirmed ship date and a carrier investigation has been formally initiated.
72-Hour Claim Deadline — No Exceptions All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of the carrier-confirmed delivery timestamp. Claims submitted after this window will not be honored under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made.

How to Submit a Claim

  1. Email JJ@peptides180.com with subject line: CLAIM — [Your Order Number]
  2. Attach clear, unedited photographic evidence of the damage, wrong item, or defect.
  3. Include your full name, order number, and a written description of the issue.
  4. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with a resolution decision.
  5. Do not return any product without a pre-issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will be refused and disposed of.

Conditions That Do Not Qualify

The following situations do not qualify for a return, refund, or replacement:

  • Change of mind or accidental order placement after shipment has occurred.
  • Dissatisfaction with research outcomes, solubility, or reconstitution results.
  • Claims where product has been opened, used, or reconstituted prior to submission.
  • Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer.
  • Carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
  • Orders refused at delivery without prior written authorization from Peptides180.
  • Products returned without a valid, pre-issued RMA number.
  • Claims submitted after the 72-hour window from confirmed delivery.

Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of written approval. Replacement shipments are processed within 2 business days of claim approval. Peptides180 reserves the right to issue store credit in lieu of a monetary refund at its sole discretion.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback with your financial institution without first contacting us and allowing us the opportunity to resolve the issue is a violation of this agreement. Peptides180 will formally contest all illegitimate chargebacks and reserves the right to permanently ban accounts associated with fraudulent disputes. We maintain detailed transaction records, IP logs, and carrier-confirmed delivery documentation on all orders.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled without penalty within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not entered fulfillment processing. To cancel, email JJ@peptides180.com immediately with your order number in the subject line. Once an order has been picked, packed, or labeled, cancellation is no longer possible regardless of ship date.
