Processing time begins after successful payment clearance and any required identity or age verification. Processing time is separate from and in addition to carrier transit time.
Carriers & Shipping Methods
Peptides180 ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on order size, weight, destination, and selected service at checkout. All orders include tracking. Carrier selection may be adjusted at our discretion to ensure optimal cold-chain integrity for temperature-sensitive compounds. Tracking information will be emailed upon shipment.
Cold-Chain & Temperature-Sensitive Handling
Many of our peptide products are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and require proper handling and storage to maintain compound stability and integrity. Peptides180 takes the following precautions during packaging and shipment:
- Products are packaged with appropriate desiccants and insulating materials.
- Cold-pack or insulated shipping is available upon request and may incur additional fees.
- Upon receipt, customers should promptly store peptides per product-specific instructions (typically refrigerated at 2–8°C or frozen at –20°C).
Domestic Shipping Only — 48 Contiguous States
At this time, Peptides180.com ships within the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, etc.), APO/FPO addresses, or any international destination. Orders placed with an ineligible shipping destination will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping address information entered at checkout is accurate, complete, and deliverable. Peptides180 is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
We will attempt to intercept packages for address correction if requested immediately after order placement; however, this is not guaranteed and may incur additional carrier fees payable by the customer. Re-shipment costs resulting from customer address errors are the customer's sole financial responsibility.
Lost or Significantly Delayed Shipments
If your tracking information shows no carrier movement for more than 5 consecutive business days, or your order has not arrived within 14 business days of the confirmed ship date, contact us at JJ@peptides180.com immediately. We will initiate a formal carrier investigation. Resolution timelines are dictated by the carrier and are outside our direct control.
Peptides180 is not liable for shipment delays caused by carrier operations, weather events, natural disasters, federal holidays, or other force majeure circumstances.
Signature Requirements & Missed Deliveries
Orders over a defined value threshold or containing high-value compounds may require an adult signature upon delivery at our discretion. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notice. After the maximum number of delivery attempts, packages may be returned to sender. Re-shipment fees will apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Verification Holds
Peptides180 reserves the right to hold any order for additional verification if fraud indicators are detected, if billing and shipping addresses do not match, or if we are unable to verify customer age or identity to our satisfaction. Customers will be contacted via the email address on file. Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in order cancellation without prior notice.
Shipping Damage Claims
If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, do not discard any packaging materials. Photograph the outer box, inner packaging, and damaged product immediately. Submit a claim within 72 hours of the carrier-confirmed delivery timestamp to JJ@peptides180.com with subject line SHIPPING DAMAGE — [Order Number]. Claims submitted outside this window will not be honored.
